LIPOMATIC

The Lipomatic® includes a motorized, pneumatic handle on which inter changeable cannulas can be adapted.
Under the action of the compressed air, the central axis is moved by a backward and forward motion at a frequency of 10 HZ with an elongation of 6 mm without weight.

› All transversal motion produced by the pressure, decomposes in 3 components :
1. A translatory motion
2. A bending motion around the axis
3. A rotation

Finally, thanks to a technological feat, the sucked fat progresses through a central pipe, leaving the pipes of small diameter at the back of the mechanism. The device becomes easier to handle than with the classical techniques.

• The possibility to direct the holes of a "Mercedes" cannula all ways, even towards the skin (Hyper superficial liposuction).
• The inclination to directly use a cannula of a larger diameter = 5 mm. This allows a considerable saving of time in very adipose zones.
• Matchless superficial liposculpture, mainly with a teflon cannula from "Mercedes" type.
The results are evident during the operation: the texture of the skin takes a smooth aspect and the cutaneous glint becomes very bright. Postoperative aspect is very convincing and presage of an excellent result.
